#Tasks/Activity Description

• With support of the Product Owner, Business Analyst and IT Application Manager, write or adapt a test plan and test scenario based on existing functionalities and software and new functionalities
• Select the best fitting test types (Unit tests, component tests, end-to-end testing, regression tests, etc.) and coordinate the implementation.
• If required perform integration tests between the components of WUP Framework.

• Log formally the issues/work items within the given tracking tool (Azure DevOps) and, if necessary, explain the issue to the developers. This is about test results as well as bug tracking internally.

• improvement of the testing process within the dev team including the existing test

• As part of the DEV team the Quality Manager has specific focus on building and crosschecking the compliance of „Definition of READY“ (DoR), „Definition of DONE“ (DoD), „Definition of TEST“ (DoT)

#Offer requirements/profile requirements
• Very high ability in error analysis and identification.
• At least 3 years of experience as a tester or quality manager

• At least 3 years of experience acting within a Scrum team
  • Good knowledge of current test methodologies
  • Language skills: fluently English and German, both Level B2
• Bachelor’s degree in computer studies. This can be replaced by at least 5 years of proven
  experience of working as tester, business analyst or developer in software development
  • Experience in Test Automation
  • Experience with SQL queries (MS SQL Server) – is beneficial.
  • Experience with web services, REST API and usage of XML and JSON files – is an advantage.
  • Experience with the specific conditions of using the transfer technology “Managed File Transfer” – is
  beneficial.
  • Experience with working in remote teams and in general virtual work
  • Experience of working in energy business (specifically for Transmission System Operator) - – is
  beneficial.
