Software Defect-Manager (m/w/d) ADAS

For our client, one of the world's leading automotive company based in Stuttgart, we are currently looking for a Software Defect Manager (m/f/d) ADAS in Sindelfingen (hybrid).

Your tasks:

• work as member of software project management team with a cross-functional defect management group of 5 enthusiastic colleagues who consistently support each other.
• Review and analyze the findings from our test instances to assign them to the right responsible inside our global team.
• Coordinate the technical solutions for our findings with our internal and external partners across the globe.
• Shape and refine the design and implementation of defect management processes.
• Support and mediate teams between project areas in finding solutions.
• track and follow up on the daily defect status with the teams and point out future or unknown problems.
• Report our progress to high management.

Your qualification:

• An university degree or an equivalent degree in software engineering, computer science, automotive engineering or electrical engineering.
• Experience in software defect management / Bug Ticket handling
• Experience in guiding Development Teams through diagnosis and resolution, leveraging expertise and skills across the organization.
• Ability to form working groups and effectively guide individuals and teams towards a solution approach.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Examine trends to identify potential problems and recurring incidents
• Monitor issue queue, update status, and keep stakeholders informed of progress
• Good knowledge of German and English
