Your key tasks:
- You will develop and implement global change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- You will lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processes.
- You will coach and mentor diverse global teams through the change process.
- You will monitor and assess the impact of change on employees globally, recommending solutions as needed.
- You will communicate change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders globally for understanding and buy-in.
- You will develop and implement comprehensive training programs to foster a global understanding and adaptation to change.
- You will evaluate the success of global change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to align changes with the company's overarching strategy.
- You will coordinate with various departments globally to successfully implement changes on an international scale.
- You will assess potential resistance to change globally and create effective strategies to minimize it.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Design or comparable.
- Proven experience in leading and implementing global change management initiatives.
- Ideally certificate of Prosci/ADKAR
- Strong understanding of organizational development, change theory, and global business management principles.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale.
- Expertise in influencing others globally to support change and adapt to new processes.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context.
- Familiarity with change management coordination with cross-functional teams on a global scale.
- Fluent English language skills
