For our client, a leading global technology company in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a Process Analyst (m/f/d) in Böblingen.
The project:
Our client has embarked on a digital transformation journey, which is a key enabler for our continuous business growth. The current focus is on the Supply Chain digitalization.
Your contribution
As part of the global transformation, you will shape our globally harmonised business processes. You will support all business transformation projects with their process requirements and process design & documentation.
- Act as a process analyst on transformation projects to support the business users as well as our partners and suppliers
- Collect business requirements and develop proposals on how to fulfil them
- Analyze processes and the users pain points and develop and document more efficient processes working with the process experts
- Work with business and process experts across the globe to develop & document scalable processes that serve local needs as well as global goals
- Support the required process changes and support the business users on their adoption journey
- Support business users on process ownership and drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Support creation of data quality processes
Your background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or comparable.
- Experience working as part of project team on process transformations in Operations and Supply Chain Management; additional experience in Finance or HR transformations is a plus
- Solid experience with process analysis and documentation
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
- Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken. German is a plus
- Business or process analyst certification such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, SCOR, Babok
- Self-starter with analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders
- Knowledge of quoting and order management, supply chain management and demand planning processes preferred, ideally experience in a manufacturing environment
