#Aufgaben
* End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
* L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
* Bug analysis/fixes * Feature development when necessary
* Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity
* App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
* Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
* Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics
* Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured
#Anforderungen
Must have skills
▪ English C1
▪ Writing skills for documentation purposes
▪ MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
▪ Windows Devices management ▪ Windows Information Protection (WIP)
* Nice to have skills
▪ MS Endpoint DLP
▪ McAfee Cloud Proxy
▪ F5 PerApp VPN
▪ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
