For our client, an international provider for the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a Project Manager Global Job Architecture (f/m/d) in Böblingen.
Your tasks:
- Development of project charter, roadmap and governance model
- Definition and implementation of a global job architecture and framework
- Close collaboration with HR, business leaders and regional stakeholders
- Strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communication and change management
- Clear, concise and structured communication in English, adapted to global audiences
- Risk, dependency and progress management across multiple regions
- Validation of project outcomes and preparation for executive sign-off
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development or comparable
- Strong experience managing global HR or organizational transformation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and at an appropriate pace in international environments
- Strong planning, structuring and facilitation skills
- Experience with change management and transformation initiatives
- Fluent English required; German or Japanese is a plus
- Self-driven, structured and comfortable working with senior stakeholders globally
