Description:
As a Marketing Manager, you independently drive marketing initiatives from insight to execution. You lead user and market research, develop and manage medium- to large-scale campaigns, and partner closely with Product and Sales to address user needs across the life-cycle. You contribute strategic recommendations, improve processes and tools, and serve as a subject-matter expert for key products and marketing practices. You also help foster an inclusive, accountable team culture with a strong focus on DEI and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of regional or functional marketing plans by analysing the portfolio, prioritising goals, and defining positioning to effectively reach target audiences.
- Lead and manage medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns across channels, including assets, communications, and programs. Analyse performance, optimise results, and support OKRs.
- Define research needs and scope, and manage or guide user research in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Develop and roll out product marketing strategies and content frameworks across channels with minimal guidance. Define, track, and analyse qualitative and quantitative product and business metrics.
- Assess market size and opportunity, identify growth areas, and collaborate cross-functionally to build hypotheses, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Generate user insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, advocate for the user experience, and promote engagement across touch-points.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging, ensuring consistency with brand voice and adapting for different audiences and channels.
- Create and iterate marketing content in collaboration with cross-functional and production teams to ensure alignment with product strategy and content standards.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for assigned products or features, providing insights on market trends, product development, and marketing strategy.
- Foster an inclusive and psychologically safe team environment by modelling inclusive behaviours, encouraging diverse perspectives, and supporting DEI initiatives in meetings and projects.
