Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting change management programs
- Creating concepts and methodological models for change management
- Carrying out change projects
- Advising on governance structures
- Consulting on and preparing organizational and process concepts
- Advising and supporting the development of business process standards
- Designing and facilitating workshops
- Supporting the creation and implementation of communication strategies
- Coaching executives
Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge in the field of organizational change management
- Strong subject‑matter understanding within the assigned specialist area
- Good methodological knowledge
- Strong ability to understand relationships and requirements and translate them into organizational development
- Leadership ability
- Strong moderation, conflict‑resolution, and assertiveness skills
- Excellent communication competence in interdisciplinary environments
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Decisiveness
- Abstract and logical thinking
- Ability to work in a team
- High customer orientation and consulting competency
- Independent working style and determination
- Confident use of standard software applications
- German and English language fluent
For this role the working contract is done on 6 months through our agency with option to be extended/take over.
