For our client, a leading multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, we are looking for a Sales Specialist (f/m/d) in Hamburg or Munich.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you will embody a consultative selling approach across both internal teams and customer engagements. You will play a key role in supporting client relationships and driving product-related initiatives by facilitating workstreams such as client workshops, strategic pitches, and product activation efforts. This role requires a proactive, data-driven mindset to identify growth opportunities, influence stakeholders, and contribute to revenue generation with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and support revenue and growth opportunities across markets and customer accounts by collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sales performance, marketing efficiency, and investment strategies.
  • Execute sales and product strategies within specific verticals and client portfolios to achieve targets such as revenue growth, quota attainment, and product adoption.
  • Develop and deliver client-facing workshops, presentations, and tailored solutions to meet customer business objectives and strengthen partnerships.
  • Generate actionable insights through data analysis and deep dives, translating findings into strategic and tactical recommendations for customers, partner teams, and leadership.
  • Share and scale best practices, sales strategies, and learnings (e.g., objection handling, pitching techniques, account growth strategies) to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Support product activation by engaging with product communities, educating sales teams on new features and beta offerings, and building competitive market intelligence.
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders to improve products, processes, and workflows, helping simplify complex optimizations and enhance client outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by building trust and credibility, aligning on expectations, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
  • Demonstrated situational leadership and stakeholder management abilities
  • Solid product and industry knowledge with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills
  • Experience in sales strategy, partnership development, and consultative selling techniques
  • Proven sales acumen with the ability to manage opportunities and pipelines effectively
  • Understanding of operations and process optimization strategies
  • Experience in customer research and insights generation

For this role the working contract is done through our agency and is fixed on 6 months with option to be extended/take over.
