For our client from the finance sector, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) in Frankfurt.
Tasks:
- Responsible end to end for the standardized corporate recruiting process and ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
- The first point of contact and internal advisor / consultant for the hiring manager on recruiting topics including definition, monitoring and steering the recruiting process through constant collaboration and communication
- Drives active sourcing approach and manages any necessary interactions with third party vendors and providers (including agencies where necessary)
- Organizes target group specific events for early careers graduate recruiting e.g. key university relations
Skills:
- Minimum bachelor or equivalent degree, relevant recruiting experience and understanding the full cycle recruiting process
- Active sourcing skills and technical knowledge of relevant recruiting software and platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Phenom, and LinkedIn)
- Experience recruiting in financial services organizations
- Excellent team spirit, strong driver mentality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to successfully operate in a global matrix structure, manage stakeholder expectations and deal with ambiguity
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German required, knowledge of French
For this role the working contract is done through our agency and is fixed on 12 months with option to be extended/take over.
