For our client, a renowned international technology company specializing in optical and electronic measurement solutions, we are looking for a dedicated Precision Mechanic / Mechatronics Technician for Optoelectronic Assembly Production (m/f/d) for the Böblingen location.

Your Responsibilities
- Independently assemble complex optomechanical and optoelectronic assemblies based on technical documentation and work instructions
- Perform manufacturing and processing activities such as:adhesive bonding
- soldering
- wire bonding
- micro-assembly and micro-adjustment
- Carry out adjustment, calibration, troubleshooting, and corrective actions
- Handle sensitive micro-components with precision and care
- Support testing and quality assurance activities
- Document and monitor relevant quality metrics
- Work closely with colleagues in development and production teams
What We Are Looking For
- Ideally completed technical training in: mechatronics, precision mechanics, microtechnology or a comparable technical field
- Alternatively, candidates with comparable practical experience are also welcome
- Strong interest in optical and electronic components, especially diode and laser-related technologies
- High flexibility combined with a quick understanding of technical processes
- Independent, systematic, and responsible working style
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Motivation to continuously learn and develop new skills
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in micro-assembly and/or micro-adjustment
- Excellent fine motor skills and experience handling small, delicate components
- Basic understanding of physics and technical processes
- Practical experience with soldering and adhesive processes
- Experience working in laboratory or cleanroom environments is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
