For our client, a large player in the Social Media, we are currently hiring in Berlin or Hamburg a Client Solutions Manager (f/m/d) for 12 months with option to be extended.
Tasks:
- Support the development of media plans and campaign strategies across digital advertising platforms
- Analyse campaign performance data (e.g., ROAS and measurement outputs) and translate insights into optimization recommendations
- Build clear reporting and narratives using Excel/Google Sheets and strong data storytelling
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and issue resolution
- Quickly ramp up on existing account context and provide reliable coverage during a leave/backfill period
- Handle confidential advertiser/client information in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements, including GDPR/DSGVO, and comply with applicable NDAs
Profile:
- Experience in media planning and campaign strategy across digital advertising platforms
- Strong analytical capability, including performance measurement, ROAS-focused optimization, and advanced proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven client and stakeholder management experience; Grocery/retail/eCommerce experience preferred
- Self-starter who can ramp quickly and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
For this role the working contract is done through our agency and is fixed on 12 months with option to be extended.
