For our client, an international provider for the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an Electronics & EMC Test Technician/Engineer (f/m/d) in Stuttgart area.
Tasks:
- Setting up, modifying and adapting technical test systems and laboratory setups
- Assembling, disassembling and performing practical maintenance on technical components
- Conducting EMC tests and supporting related test setups
- Carrying out lifecycle and environmental testing, particularly temperature cycling tests in climate chambers
- Supporting the installation, configuration and use of PCs and test-related software
- Assisting with the preparation, execution and documentation of technical tests
- Learning to work with semiconductor test systems, wafer probers and, in the longer term, silicon photonics applications
- Supporting the team with general technical laboratory tasks
Profile:
- Completed technical vocational training, for example as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Technician or in a comparable technical field
- Experience with semiconductor test systems or wafer probers
- Knowledge of electronics, measurement technology or laboratory testing
- Experience working with test benches and automated test environments
- Strong practical skills and an interest in hands-on work, including assembling and modifying technical systems
- Experience with EMC testing, climate chambers or temperature cycling tests
- Confident using PCs, standard software and technical applications
- Good English skills and willingness to use English regularly in day-to-day work
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Motivation to learn new technologies and become familiar with new technical systems
For this role the working contract is done through our agency and is fixed on 15 months with option to be extended or take over.
