Your tasks:

  • Put relationships first: Build trusted relationships with existing and new clients by understanding their talent needs and offering our recruitment solutions. Leverage our tech and CIO events to develop client relationships at the CIO/CTO level.
  • Transform careers: Work with our recruiters around the world to active-source the best data and cloud engineering talent for our clients’ projects and guide your candidates through the recruitment process. Get connected with candidate communities via tech meet-ups and direct engagement. 
  • Put your creativity to use: Reach out across the Harvey Nash global businesses  to encourage cross-selling and to give our clients the best possible recruitment solutions.
  • Bring your personality to work: Spend time networking with your clients. After all, people buy from people.

Your profile:

  • Experience: You have experience in sales within the recruitment market (ideally with focus on Software Engineering). You have an affinity for all things technology and understand the intricacies of the world-of-work. 
  • Connecting: Communicating is your strength. You love to reach-out be it to clients, candidates, partners or your own team members. 
  • Drive: You are motivated, creative and are responsible for your own success. You see purpose in bringing together the best talent with the best companies. 
  • Personality: You understand that positive attitude combined with passion for what you do and a lot of hard-work is the key to business success. You take a genuine interest in people and aim always for the win-win. 
  • Languages: You have excellent German and English language skills.
