For our client from the finance industry based in Frankfurt, we are currently hiring a Client Account Manager (f/m/d) for 7 months with option to be extended.


Tasks:

  • Active and passive support of sales partners (inbound and outbound telephony, in writing, also in person)
  • "Cold calls" with sales partners incl. product pitches
  • Independent support of Tier 3 customers from all customer segments
  • Support of key account managers and sales managers in meetings with sales partners (preparation of sales documents, sending information)
  • Support / organization of event roadshows / trade fairs / events etc. in close cooperation with event marketing
  • Evaluations and maintenance of the customer database (CRM)
  • Collaboration / responsibility in sales-related projects

Profile:

  • University, university of applied sciences or a comparable degree in business administration or economics, finance
  • Proven knowledge and experience of the German financial retail market
  • Understanding of the distribution of mutual funds to financial intermediaries
  • Experience in product sales and customer support
  • Very good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Native German Speaker
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to take responsibility
  • High degree of flexibility and commitment

For this role the working contract is done through our agency and is fixed on 7 months with option to be extended or taken over.
