For our client, a well-known online marketplace for the travel industry, we are looking for an Senior Marketing Manager (f/m/d) in Berlin for 9 months with option to be extended.

Your tasks:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs for Germany, aligned with global strategy and local business priorities.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Lead to identify local opportunities and deliver impactful, insight-led campaigns that drive growth and strengthen brand relevance.
  • Manage agency relationships, including briefing, timelines, contracts, budgets, and end-to-end delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. PR, media, social, product marketing, performance marketing) to activate campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Adapt and localize global marketing initiatives to ensure cultural relevance and local resonance.
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting, optimization, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure all marketing activity reflects brand values and delivers against business and brand KPIs in the German market.

Your profile:

  • 8+ years in a marketing role, preferably with experience at a fast paced startup or technology company
  • Deep understanding of the German market, with proven experience activating local consumer insights through impactful marketing initiatives
  • Creative and analytical thinker with proven ability to champion world class creative marketing programs that deliver results
  • An integrated marketing mindset with experience in amplifying campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Experience in co-marketing activations and sponsorships is a strong plus
  • Solid business acumen to understand key business and consumer levers that unlock growth
  • Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional internal teams
  • Willingness to regularly travel internationally and nationally
  • Record of success in measurement of ROI, and accountability for results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy and idea clearly and succinctly
  • The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)

For this role the working contract is done through our agency with option to be extended/take over.
