For our client, a famous company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Senior Global Project Manager (m/f/d) in Böblingen.
Your tasks:
- As part of the global transformation, you will manage key transformations projects.
- You are responsible for planning and leading projects to ensure they complete the expected outcome in a timely fashion and within budget.
- You plan and manage the project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. You will collaborate with internal members and customers for smooth and on-time delivery at checkpoints of each phase such as:
- Develop project charter and Business case (value, ROI of the project)
- Target Operating model
- Tool/solution evaluation and implementation
- Communication and change management plan and execution
- Addressing stabilization phase, enhance and validate of project achievement for signoff
Your skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, HC, Engineering or comparable.
- Experience working as project manager on transformations in Sales and Sales administration, or Customer & Field Services and Finance
- Solid experience with stakeholder management, risk and dependency management
- Very good effective planning and organization skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
- Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken. German and Japan is a plus.
- Project management skill and Change Manager experience, experience in applying project management tools and methods, certifications like Prince2, ADKAR required
- Agile and Scrum master, Product Owner experience or knowledge
- Self-starter with analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders
- Diversity & Inclusion management skill
- Leadership
- Teamwork - must be able to lead several cross-functional teams to get their respective jobs done
