For our client, we are looking for Auditor Transition Support / Auditor Support (m/w/d) - Part-Time. An experienced professional to support the end-to-end transition of fund auditors across multiple funds.
This role combines project management, stakeholder coordination, and strong regulatory knowledge within the asset management environment.

Your Tasks
- Support fund auditor transition projects across multiple funds
- Coordinate meetings and manage complex project timelines
- Prepare project documentation and regulatory materials
- Support the implementation of digital audit tools
- Act as a key contact for internal teams and external stakeholders (providers, clients, fund boards, regulators)
- Prepare project plans, status updates, and PowerPoint presentations
- Ensure timely execution of the transition process in line with agreed schedules
Your Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting and/or audit
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience in asset management or audit; fund accounting experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of asset management processes and regulatory requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Proactive, independent working style with a team-oriented mindset
- Languages: Fluent in German and English
