For our client, a well-known American software company, we are currently hiring a Partner Marketing Manager (f/m/d) in Munich for 7 months with option to be extended/take over.
Tasks:
- Partner-Led Demand Generation: Serve as the regional lead for partner-led marketing activities in [South & META / DACH & North & Emerging]. Enable Partners in activating ready-to-use co-branded assets and toolkits (webinars, events, emails, landing pages, social posts, etc….) developed in collaboration with the EMEA Marketing CoE to drive demand generation through partners. Coordinate and manage agency support for in-person and digital partner-led programs, including webinars, roundtables, workshops.
- Partner co-Marketing; maintain strong marketing relationships with a portfolio of local strategic partners (e.g., GSIs, technology partners). Collaborate with the [South & META / DACH - North & Emerging] Field Marketing teams to integrate Partners in local marketing-led initiatives that increase reputation and drive demand for the product and services.
- Market to Partners: Support the Global Partner Organization in partner enablement initiatives, including the execution of Partner Summits and Partner Days.
- Budget & Operations Support: Support the allocation, tracking, and management of budget for regional demand-generation activities. Manage operational processes related to partner activities, including requests, POs, and approvals, ensuring compliance with timelines, guidelines, and documentation standard. Help maintain accurate records of spend, activity status, and performance to support reporting back to EMEA Marketing and GPO stakeholders.
Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant experience in partner/channel marketing and / or field marketing
- Demonstrated experience working with or through partners (e.g., SIs, resellers, ISVs, GSIs, or similar ecosystems) to execute joint marketing programs.
- Proven ability to manage agency vendors and external suppliers on behalf of internal stakeholders and partners.
- Strong project and program management skills; able to prioritize and juggle multiple partner initiatives, events, and stakeholders at the same time.
- Comfort working with marketing operations, budgets, and basic financial processes (POs, invoices, spend tracking), with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt messaging and instructions for different audiences (internal stakeholders, partners, and customers).
- Fluency in English and German is required.
