For our client, a leading global technology company, we are looking for a Lab Support Technician (f/m/d) in Munich.
Responsibilities:
- Support the operation and compliance of multiple laboratories and ensure test environments are ready for validation activities.
- Coordinate calibration, repair, and maintenance of measurement equipment, including external service providers.
- Manage lab logistics: packing, shipping, storage, hardware distribution, and inventory.
- Maintain equipment databases and SAP-related documentation.
- Support validation setups, including installation and modification of racks, benches, equipment, and cabling.
- Perform SMD soldering and component replacement, including components down to 0201.
- Carry out basic mechanical work on copper and aluminum parts.
- Prepare boards and accessories for validation setups.
- Work closely with validation engineers and team leads on daily lab activities.
Skills:
- Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
- Hands-on experience in electronics, testing, or laboratory environments.
- Practical soldering and mechanical skills.
- Experience with measurement equipment, calibration, inventory, or lab logistics is a plus.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Good English; German is an advantage.
For this role the working contract is done through our agency and is fixed on 1 year with option to be extended/take over.
