Global Process Architect (m/f/d)
Our client is the world's leading supplier of automatic test equipment for the semiconductor and telecommunication industry. By providing test and measurement tools for research and development and assurance of product quality, our client plays an essential role in transforming high-tech innovations into practical, commercial applications. At its locations in Böblingen we are searching for a Global Process Architect (m/f/d).

Your key tasks:
- As part of the global transformation, you will shape the globally harmonised business
- You will support all business transformation projects with their process requirements and how that fits into our process architecture.
- Design and maintain the global, scalable process architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital transformation objectives.
- Support transformation projects by translating business requirements into process designs that address both local needs and global goals.
- Drive process ownership across the organization by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and governance structures.
- Enhance process fluency by developing and delivering training materials and workshops tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate the adoption of new ways of working by working closely with business teams and guiding them through organizational changes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement of processes, while leading and managing the process community.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field such as Economics or Industrial Management; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading or supporting process transformation initiatives within Sales, HR, or Supply Chain Management; additional experience in Finance is considered an advantage.
- Solid professional background in the semiconductor and manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in process fluency development and process training, with a high sense of accountability for embedding process knowledge throughout the organization.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German or Japanese is an asset.
- Relevant certifications in business or process analysis such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, APQC, or SCOR.
- Self-motivated professional with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to understand complex business contexts and apply the appropriate level of process management and rollout methodology.
- Experience in managing senior, business-focused stakeholders and building strong relationships across functions.
