Job Description:
The Global Communications and Change Management Expert plays a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation across a global enterprise. This position combines deep expertise in strategic communication and change management methodologies to craft clear, compelling messages that inspire understanding, engagement, and action.
The role is primarily focused on the planning, development, and execution of (digital) communication strategies across multiple channels, while also requiring strong knowledge and practical experience in Change Management to support global organizational transformation initiatives. In certain situations, the role may extend to assuming full Change Manager responsibilities within specific projects. Therefore, the ideal candidate is a flexible professional who can effectively operate at the intersection of communication and change.
This role ensures consistent, impactful messaging across the organization while applying structured change management frameworks and guiding principles to foster adoption, engagement, and sustainable outcomes. The successful candidate brings strategic thinking, storytelling excellence, and proven experience in leading global change initiatives, enabling the organization to achieve its business objectives worldwide.
Your tasks:
- Develop and implement global, multi-channel strategic communication strategies (e.g., email, intranet, digital platforms, social media, town halls) to support organizational and business objectives.
- Plan, develop, and execute high-quality digital communication content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement across diverse global audiences.
- Design and deliver communications tailored to varied stakeholder groups, using clear, persuasive language that fosters genuine understanding and drives action.
- Translate complex concepts into compelling narratives, including value cases, "why now" messages, FAQs, leadership talking points, and change storylines.
- Collaborate closely with creative, technology, and cross-functional teams across regions to align communication and change management activities with program and project objectives.
- Plan and implement structured change management activities, such as stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments, training and enablement plans, adoption tracking, and resistance management.
- Identify, analyze, and proactively mitigate resistance to change, applying appropriate interventions to support adoption.
- In selected initiatives, take on the role of Change Manager, leading end-to-end change management execution aligned with project timelines and organizational priorities.
- Measure communication and change effectiveness through analytics, feedback mechanisms, and adoption metrics; continuously refine strategies to optimize impact.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in communication, digital engagement, and change management; share best practices, templates, and tools to strengthen organizational capabilities.
Your Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience leading and implementing global communications and change management initiatives, with hands-on application of recognized change management methodologies in an international context.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing multi-channel communication campaigns, including email, SharePoint or intranet platforms, social and digital channels, and town halls.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages; hands-on experience creating digital content such as videos, digital pages, and visual storytelling assets is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges in a global environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships across diverse, global teams.
- Business-level proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for effective communication, reporting, and executive-ready materials.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
- High level of digital affinity and comfort with adopting and leveraging new communication technologies and platforms.
Preferred (but not Required) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- A recognized Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).
