For our client, a leading company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a
Global Project Manager (m/f/d) Supply Chain based in Böblingen.
About the Role:
As part of the global transformation program, you will manage strategic transformation projects
across the supply chain organization. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and leading
projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. In addition, you will
coordinate project resources, monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain transparent
communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery
across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project charters and business cases, including value assessment and ROI analysis
- Establish project organization structures and governance models
- Define and implement target operating models
- Evaluate, select, and implement tools and digital solutions
- Develop and execute communication and change management plans
- Lead stabilization phases and validate project outcomes for final sign-off
- Manage project budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional global teams
- Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables
- Travel requirement: approximately 10-20%
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field
- Min 3 years of project management experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and frameworks; certifications such as PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar are an advantage
- Demonstrated experience managing transformation projects
- Experience in supply chain functions such as procurement, sourcing, sales & operations planning, after-sales, or related areas
- Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills
- Proven expertise in change management
- Strong stakeholder, risk, and dependency management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German and/or Japanese language skills are a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand technical details while managing key business stakeholders
- Experience in diversity & inclusion management
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams
