Your Profile
- Strong expertise in CA Gen COBOL (Mainframe) and CA Gen Java (Cloud)
- Proven experience delivering mainframe-to-cloud migration programmes
- Deep knowledge of COBOL, Java, DB2, IMS, JCL, MS SQL, performance engineering, and systems analysis
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- German (B2 level or native) preferred, alongside fluent English
- Senior, hands-on Technical Lead with the ability to independently drive technical analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management in a German-speaking environment
