Your tasks:

  • Be a leader: Build and Lead a team of driven and competent recruitment consultants. Continue to hire great talent and coach them to success. 
  • Be a strategist:  Set and execute a winning sales strategy to grow our share in the Berlin tech market. Build on existing client relationships whilst winning new accounts. 
  • Be a performer: Lead from the front by winning and developing great client relationships and billing impressive revenues. 
  • Be an influencer: Have your voice heard and help shape the company’s vision, culture and direction. 

Your profile:

  • You’re an expert:  You are in insider in the technology recruitment market in Berlin and have successfully navigated the opportunities and challenges as a consultant. Your clients value your hard work and market expertise. You have excellent German and English language skills.
  • You’re ambitious:  You believe that success comes to those who reach for it. You are an instinctive leader, respected and inspiring for your lead-by-example approach. 
  • You’re creative:  You contribute to the betterment of your company, people and clients.
