For our client, a leading technology company, we are currently looking for a R&D Assistant (m/f/d) in Linz, Austria.

Your tasks:

• Assist the procurement team
• Maintain and update the procurement PO/PR database
• Office management
• Follow up on orders with vendors to ensure on-time delivery for the R&D groups
• Managing invoices and payment processes
• Meeting and event planning
• Managing and coordinating daily business in the office

Your skills:

• Proficiency in office software
• Strong task management and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a large-scale database
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and German (proficiency in another language, such as Italian or French, is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong ability in task management
• Fast response rate and ability to learn quickly
