For our client, a leading global technology company in the semiconductor industry, we are
looking for a Senior Process Analyst (m/f/d) in Böblingen.

In this role, you will help make business processes transparent, connected and fit for purpose. You
will work across functions and in transformation projects to discover how processes really operate,
facilitate workshops with key stakeholders, and turn insights into clear, high-quality process designs
and documentation. If you combine strong analytical thinking with excellent facilitation skills and a
passion for structured process work, this role offers the opportunity to create visible impact across
the organisation.

Your tasks

  • Capture and map as-is and to-be processes, including variants, activities, roles, user journeys and use cases, inputs, outputs, systems and known pain points.
  • Create end-to-end process maps by connecting local process models with upstream and downstream processes.
  • Help connect related processes and process steps across teams by documenting dependencies, handovers and upstream or downstream interfaces.
  • Plan, prepare and facilitate process discovery and working sessions, and interviews with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Translate working session outcomes and stakeholder input into clear, structured and reusable process documentation.
  • Support the documentation of current-state and agreed target-state process descriptions under the guidance of process owners, process experts and process architect.
  • Review process documentation with process knowledge and identify inconsistencies, gaps, overlaps and unclear interfaces: raise them for clarification.
  • Analyse process information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, overlaps, unclear interfaces and improvement potential.
  • Collaborate with process modelers to ensure process models reflect validated business input and are documented at the appropriate level of detail.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and data modelers to combine data object flow with the process flow.
  • Support the collection, structuring and clarification of business requirements related to process improvement or digitalisation initiatives.
  • Provide analytical input for process simplification, standardisation and automation opportunities without owning final design or governance decisions.
  • Prepare process-related summaries, issue logs, decision inputs and follow-up materials for process owners and project stakeholders.
  • Promote clear documentation, fact-based analysis and collaborative ways of working in day-to-day process activities.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a comparable field.
  • Several years of relevant experience in process analysis, process design, process management, or business improvement.
  • Hands-on experience in identifying, discovering, documenting, and improving business processes.
  • Experience with BPMN, process modelling tools and repositories.
  • A strong track record in facilitating workshops, interviews, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Solid understanding of process modelling principles and documentation practices.
  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to identify gaps, overlaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, target-state definition, digitalisation or change initiatives.
  • Proven communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • A structured and conceptually strong way of working.
  • A self-driven, collaborative, and reliable working style.
  • Professional proficiency in English; written and spoken; German language is a plus.
