For our client, a leading global technology company in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a Data Analyst (m/f/d) (Oracle ERP) in Böblingen.

Your Role:
The Data Analyst supports supply chain transformation initiatives by ensuring data readiness for Oracle ERP implementation, with a strong focus on data analysis, cleansing, transformation, and migration across supply chain processes.

Your tasks:

Data Analysis & Data Quality

  • Analyze supply chain data across source systems (e.g., legacy ERP systems, local databases)
  • Assess data completeness, consistency, and quality issues
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and harmonization needs across supply chain domains (e.g., procurement, inventory, logistics)

Data Migration Preparation

  • Support source-to-target data mapping (legacy ? Oracle ERP)
  • Define and validate data transformation logic
  • Contribute to migration scope definition, including transactional and master data

Data Cleansing & Harmonization

  • Drive data cleansing activities with business stakeholders across supply chain functions
  • Align data with global standards, naming conventions, and reference values
  • Support harmonization of key supply chain data objects (e.g., materials, suppliers, locations)

Migration Execution Support

  • Support data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) activities
  • Validate data during migration cycles and testing phases
  • Perform data reconciliation and post-load validation

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with supply chain teams (data owners), IT (data extraction & integration), and implementation partners
  • Act as an interface between business and technical teams within transformation programs

Your skills:

Must-have

  • Strong experience in data analysis and data migration projects within supply chain environments
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems, especially in the context of supply chain transformation projects
  • Proven experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and data quality assessment
  • Strong Excel and data analysis/tooling skills
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., CloverDX or similar)
  • Experience in global supply chain data environments
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA)
